We are now accepting applications for a body piercing apprentice!

(Very) minimum eligibility requirements include:

• 18+, with valid ID

• 1-1.5 year commitment to the unpaid apprenticeship, which will include (at least):1200 working hours, 100 observation hours, and performing 50 piercings

• It should go without saying, but applicant must be a reliable, self-motivated, trustworthy, creative, drug-free, team player.

The application and selection process is a lengthy and complicated one. We want to make sure that not only is the apprentice a good fit for the studio, but that the studio and body piercing mentor are the right fit for the apprentice.

The first step in the process is to submit a resume and a 2-4 page Personal Statement detailing why you want to be a body piercer. Please attach these documents to an email containing a short introduction with all of your contact information (full name, address, phone number). Emails should be sent to Contact@PureImaginationArts.com. If your resume and statement meet our criteria, we will then contact you within 1-2 weeks to fill out the formal application/questionnaire and schedule an interview.
